  • Sessions are scheduled at the workshop for either Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday, and are scheduled based on room type availability, audio-visual needs, time blocks, session tracks, and other information.

What tracks can I be in?

NAI has evaluated and revamped the tracks for the National Workshop concurrent sessions. You will find a much-simplified, 3-track system of organizing presentations.

We have also added an evaluation and assessment section so our proposal reviewers know how you track the success of the topic you are sharing.

  • The Programs track refers to all personal programs regardless of content; delivery, techniques, research related to programs, etc.

  • The Media track refers to all nonpersonal media regardless of content; media types, design, techniques, writing, research related to media, etc.

  • The Management track refers to all management concerns; planning, facilities, budget, training, personnel, volunteerism, funding, operations, evaluation, research related to management, etc.
What information do I need?

Proposals will be accepted for standard 60-minute sessions, extended 120-minute sessions or Marketplace of Ideas (poster sessions). If your proposal is interactive, you might want to think about a 2-hour Marketplace of Ideas session and interact more informally with workshop participants.

You will have a chance to print a copy for your records at the end of the application.
